The question is, “Who’s Who in the Zoo?”
We believe that over 90% of people are doing things they were not designed for.
If you used one flat screwdriver for different types of screws – for example, a Phillips head – it would work for a certain amount of time. But after a while, you’d start to damage the screwdriver and strip the screws. You’d need to push harder and harder to accomplish the same amount of work. But the harder you strive, the more harm would be done. Eventually, you’d have to throw that screwdriver away because you couldn’t use it any more – not even for the screws it was designed for.
We have a vision for powerful, mighty individuals and organizations where everyone operates from their unique gifts and callings. We were each created with natural strengths, and we believe no one has to strive in life if we do what God has designed us to do.
If you want to build a big, tall house, you have to build a strong, deep foundation.
The church at Ephesus was one of the biggest and fastest growing churches in history. What was their secret? They were a complete wineskin for the outpouring of the Holy Spirit. We see three key elements of this church in the bible:
- They built their foundation on apostles and prophets with Jesus as the cornerstone.
- They created healthy structures through the fivefold ministry, to equip and perfect the saints for the work of ministry.
- They understood and valued the diverse but unified functions of the whole body of Christ.
The Church today is a leaky vessel. It needs a transformation for what’s coming in the future. Do you want to be a part of it?
